At BiheGaram, we strive to provide the best matrimonial matchmaking experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our paid subscription plans (Premium and Elite).
Subscription Plans
BiheGaram offers the following paid plans:
- Premium Plan: NPR 999 for 3 months — includes unlimited interests, chat, advanced filters, up to 10 profiles, and priority support.
- Elite Plan: NPR 2,499 for 3 months — includes all Premium features plus AI-powered matching, dedicated relationship advisor, video calls, and unlimited profiles.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Within 7 days of purchase: If you are not satisfied with the service and have not used any premium features (such as sending interests, initiating chats, or accessing advanced filters), you may request a full refund within 7 days of your subscription purchase.
- Technical issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from using the paid features, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
- Duplicate payment: If you are charged more than once for the same subscription, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
- Plan not activated: If your payment was processed but the plan was not activated on your account, you are eligible for a full refund.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- If the refund request is made after 7 days of purchase and premium features have been used.
- If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., fake profiles, harassment, or inappropriate behavior).
- If you simply change your mind about using the platform after actively using premium features.
- Partial month usage — we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days within your subscription period.
- If the subscription was purchased during a promotional offer or discount, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to bihegaram@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your registered email address, the plan purchased, date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request:
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
- You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
- Upon refund, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan immediately.
Plan Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to enjoy premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan. No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the subscription period upon cancellation.
Changes to This Policy
BiheGaram reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
